We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The courtyard was festive and we didn't mind our room overlooking it. The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to Malecon and the centro where we enjoyed dinner at the food stands.
Nothing to dislike.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Exploring the area on foot is a breeze as it is situated right down in the "old downtown" area. The communal areas are well-maintained and provide a comfortable space to relax.
The front desk staff could have been more prompt in addressing concerns about missing amenities and charges.

My husband and I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the famous cathedral and the beautiful boardwalk. We loved being right in the heart of the shopping district, it made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself had a rustic and colorful vibe that we adored, and the rooms were super clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants. They even printed out some emails for us when we needed assistance. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, like occasional Wi-Fi issues and street noise, we still thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. I highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta for its excellent location and top-notch service. I can't wait to return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Firstly, the location is just perfect. It is situated right in the center of town, close to the flea market in Centro and the old town area. Everything you need is within walking distance, from great restaurants to the beautiful Our Lady of Guadalupe church. Secondly, the attention to detail at this hotel is impressive. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfy beds and even a patio with a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast that was included in the price was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
All was great, nothing to be improved.

The hotel itself was clean and had excellent facilities, including a charming inner courtyard and clean rooms decorated with local Mexican art and needlework. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary beach chairs and setting up tours. The room was spacious and clean, with two balconies offering stunning views of the mountains and the water.
The hotel is situated near a noisy bar, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the room was located on the top floor, requiring a lot of stairs to reach, which may not be ideal for those with mobility issues.
